Professional Sharpening Steel in high carbon chrome vanadium steel, hardened to 64° Rockwell C and hard chrome plated.
This Steel is fitted with a sterilisable, non-absorbent polypropylene handle with a 1.5" square guard and stainless steel hanging ring.
